help with photo express 6

I purchased photo express 6 a few days ago by download and I have had problems ever since.It only works the 1st time I install it after that it just doesn,t work. I have uninstalled several times and tried running it in compatable mode nothing works. I have contacted ulead tech. and I've not received any help yet, can anyone help me?
my system is: AMD Sempron 3000
200ghz 480 mb of ram
windows xp home ed.
