Help on Ulead Photo Express 3.0 SE

My name is Julie and I am stationed in South Africa. I have the above programme on my PC, but due to moving offices my disc was damaged and now I cannot use the programme. I had to insert the disc to use all applications. The programme on the pc seems to be corrupted and i cannot reload it as the disc is damaged. Here is my serial number:
78103-53000-99901020 is there anywhere on the site where i can download the programme? or is there anything else you can advise me.
