Disc Image Recorder util gives wrong burning speed options

Hi

I've created an ISO of my DVD in VS10. I want to burn it to a DVD+RW Disk (4x compatible). Why does the separate Ulead "VCD DVD Disk Image Recorder" utility only give recording speed options of "MAX" or "6x"? I really want to burn at a slow speeds due to quality issues.

When I click on "about" it says V1.5 copyright 2001-2002.

If I create the disk directly from VS10 at the burn stage it gives sensible burning options of 2.4x, 4x or Max. But I would really like to burn from ISO images if possible and can't see a way of doing that directly from VS10.
