Photo Express 6 - how to reinstall after reformating drive?

I am having a lot of problems with WinXP at the moment and have been advised to clean install it. As a result my drive will be cleaned out and I am unsure whether the PE6 full registered version I downloaded will still be available for me to download again?

Thank you very much! I do have licence key received on 14.03.06 and the file "pe6_tbyb_e" in a safe place. I just wondered if this was enough to re-activate the software and whether the key expires at some point.

The licence keys do not expire.
