PhotoExpress 4 is not Vista compatible.

You could send a feedback to Ulead.

Hope this helps.

Ive after fooling with PE4.0 for a bit have gotten it to load, come up and work a bit. it still winds up crashing...
Im able to get the certain projects to come up but can get a photo to insert, when 'windows' begins to look for it ~crash~ and close.
Start
control panel
programs
use an older program with this version of windows
program compatibility wizard will pop up
click next
locate program manually (if its already installed, better to do it from the Cd, which you could choose the use program from Cd-rom)
After finding the exe install file
select windows98/windowsMe
next
select nothing there
next
select
run as administrator
next
next
allow
and it should load.

So thats how I at least got it to appear! Im now trying to figure out the regedit for it to work, so if there is anyone out there with a brillient idea Im all fingers!.. :D
Im soooo close! and soooo far!

I was able to use PE4.0 for a bit this time before receiving a message reading:

Failed to update systems registry.
Please try using REGEDIT.

So with my small knowledge of all of this thing but a strong desire to make things work will someone tell me if Im beating a horse that needs to be buried? :?
