does anyone know how to make sound effects in VS10 so that it can be included in the video? like for example, the abrupt ending sound or echoing of last part of the song?
Although Video Studio is not an audio editor, Ulead has provided some options.
There are Audio Filters you can apply to your sound clips. ( I don¡¦t know how good they are)
Place the audio clip in the Voice or Music timeline, the filters are available under the Music and Voice tab.
The filter will be applied to the whole clip. If you only want to affect the last few seconds, use the scissors to cut the sound clip.
hi trevor thanks for the response. i was able to find the audio filter and apply it to the music but i when i clicked the scissors it just put partitions in the music but the filter still affected the entire music.
how should i go about placing the filter on the last part of the music? thank you!
In timeline view:-
Insert a sound file to the music/voice track
Position the curser, the down arrow on the top white rule, at say 15 seconds from the end of the clip.
Click the Sound Clip to select
Hit the scissors
You now have two audio clips, apply the filter to the last one.
If you apply the filter first, then cut, you need to remove the filter from the first section.
that's great i did everything you said and it worked fine. do you know of any other program that could help me out with putting sound effects? thank you!
