Bad audio
I'm using a trial version of Picture Show. I'm getting the hang of it but have one serious problem. I have imported an .mov file taken with my digital camera. I embed it along with some .jpg's and it all looks good during the "organize" phase. When I move to "theme" and run a preview, the audio asscociated with the video clip is nothing but loud static. All else during preview is fine. What did I do wrong?

Hi mallon,
I don't use "mov" media on a regular basis so my knowledge of it's structure is limited. That said, I can tell you "mov" is a "container" format (subject to many variables) as opposed to a specific "codec". Most likely, the audio (and/or video) codec contained in your file isn't compatible with Ulead. If possible, convert your "mov" file (using 3rd party video conversion software) to a different format such as DVD Compatible MPEG2 and use the converted file in your Ulead project. Pretty good chance this will solve your problem.
