Mpeg files to data disc

Is it possible to use Moviemaker 3 SE to create a data disc?

This software came bundled with a Hauppauge PVR. I use the pvr to record tv shows as mpeg-2 files. I simply want to copy these types of files to dvds and finalize them in the appropriate way to play on other computers as well as a set top dvd player I have, Philips 642, which is capable of playing raw mpeg files.

Does Moviemaker 3 SE have this capability?

In the initial screen of DVDMF 3, you should able to see an item named Create Data Disc?

Or check the install folder of DVDMF 3, and look for BurnStar.exe.
