How do you mean? Would it just not work? Or did it do the same as on the DVD?
I thought Power Cinema could play DVD folders.... How did you try to get it to play it? By double clicking on the folder, or by opening Power Cinema and selecting 'view DVD folder' or something similar (sorry, I don't have it on my computer, and it has been ages since I used it so cannot remember the exact commands...)
His description explaining the burning module was pretty good. His video wasn't re-encoded going by his description.
But the blocks or bad pixels on the screen is usually data errors. He is also burning at 2X, possilbe he's using an old dvd burner?
I would try a different dvd player to eliminate the dvd as being good/bad.
Hoorahh!!!! Success at last!!! Went back and reburnt it without changing anything and everything seems to have worked ok this time... Thanks everyone for your help.
Now, having clicked all the boxes (disk image etc) while burning, what is the best way to run off copies of the completed disk? I have Power producer which will burn DVDs, what ULEAD created file do I need to use?
I no longer have Power Producer on my computer. But from memory it could do not the ISO image files and the Video_TS folders.
If you use the ISO file, be aware that Video Studio comes with a 'plug-in' which can also burn ISO files. Look in the VS folder in your computer's main menu. In the drop down sub-menu which appears look for 'VCD DVD Disk Image Recorder'.
