I tried to edit a movie filmed with my sony DVD camera. All the movies present *.vob format. They really are MPEG 2 files.
All the files failed when I had tried to edit it. Each movie came up to a point before the end, and simply stops.
I want to remark that I can perfectly watch this through other softwares like Cyberlink Power DVD, Windows MP, etc...
What is happening? How I should find a solution for this?
Same thing had happened with a quicktime (*.mov) extension; I can see it in other programs, but when I tried to edit it in Ulead, the movie had stopped as a picture.
I'm evaluating the software, and seems to be less than the free Windows Movie Maker.
I need advice pls. Thanks
Enzo

How, exactly, are you getting the files from your camera into VS?
