Just a quick question: I have my main video track and I plan to add an overlay track to generate a "picture in picture" effect.
But I want to *only* keep the sound of my main video track: in other words, I want to remove the sound from any overlay tracks and just keep the images...
Is that possible ? automatic ? or how to do...
Tks
P.S.: although I do many things with UVS10+, I have no yet used it to do this... (I usally run another sw for this)...
Sound on the overlay tracks

Basically the same way as you would remove the sound from the main track.
Click on the video (in your case the one in the overlay track) you want to silence - in the information panel just above the right end of the timeline click on the 'EDIT' tab - immediately under the word 'edit' you will see the volume controls for the track - one of them is a little square box containing a crossed out loudspeaker - click on that to mute the sound from that video.
The crossed speaker (mute) icon is in fact a toggle so selecting the video again and clicking the icon will restore the sound should you happen to change your mind
