MovieFactor will not install - missing VSINIT.DLL file

I today downloaded and installed the latest MovieFactor TBYB. I got the following error:

"DivX Player - Unable to Locate Component

This application ha sfailed to start because VSINIT.DLL was not found.
Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

It didn't.

I scanned my entire system and there is no VSINIT.DLL file. Where does this file come from & where can I get it?

Follow up to the problem I'm having:

I let the installation go to completion, even though I keep getting that VSINIT.DLL error on the DivX Player.

When I run MovieFactor 6 Launcher, and select New Video Project, everything disappears and, 30-45 seconds later, the Launcher window appears.
