Recording vhs tapes to dvd on a diamond pvr560

Need some help please. I was using an Msi TV anywhere Master to capture VCR tapes and convert them to DVD. I bought a Diamond PVR560 due to the mpeg harware decoder versus the msi software decoder. The TV capture on the card works great but it will not capture from a VCR. I tried 2 different VCR's. If I hit play on the VCR i will see the picture from the VCR for only a split second then it goes to a blue screen,if I hit fast foward on the VCR in the play mode I can see the movie. I tried to contact Diamond 3 times with no responce. System set up. Cable to cable in on VCR-cable out on VCR to cable in on capure card-rca line out audio on VCR to rca line in audio to capture card-rca vidio out on VCR to s-vid in on capture card(using a s-vid to rca adapter) System Spec's Asus m2nbp-vm csm Athlom 64 3800 AM2 1024 dual channel DDR2 800 MSI nx7300le Thanks in advance Tim
