Using Movie Wizard I import 3.75 GB Mpeg 2 file and after I select
Create disk file size is calculated as 8.1 GB. The file was generated by Hauppauge WintTV USB2. I have seen problem like that
in some previous versions of DVD Movie Factory. By the way, the video editor shows correct file size, but as soon as I want to create a disk the size is recalculated to more than twice the size. I did not select neither background music, nor menus. Also, how do I go around the Themes, I do not want any themes. Is there any e-mail Technical support.
I sent 2 e-mails to Tech Support and received no answer.
Thanks.

Welcome to the forums,
This typically can occur when you go to the Burn module with your Project still in the timeline. Have you created a video file from your project, (share>Create Video File)? If you Project properties match that of your video, then it should smart render, rendering only the parts you have changed.
Now open a new project, and go straight to the Share>Create Disk (burn module). Do not place anything in the Editor's timeline. Once inside the burn module, insert your video files, build your menus, and continue on to burning a disk. Unless you have done something totally different, it should show the correct file size..
A Recommended Workflow has been developed to help guide you through the mine-field of video editing, as it pertains to Ulead's VideoStudio Programs. They can be viewed here:
