Error in extracting Filmbrennerei_6_Plus-TBYB

Upon my recent purchase of «DVD MovieFactory 6 German» at the Ulead Web Store, I was lead to a download site, where two CD-files were released for download:
a) Filmbrennerei_6_Plus-TBYB-Deutsch-BonusCD.exe
b) Filmbrennerei_6_Plus-TBYB-Deutsch-BonusCD2.exe
I was able to unpack file a), whereas file b) showed an error message:
"Die selbstextrahierende Datei ist beschädigt. Die Installation wird abgebrochen." i.e. the self-extracting files is damaged.
I downloaded file b) a second time with the same effect.

Finaly, I installed a test version from the Ulead Main Website, entered the release key, got the serial number and made the registration.

I'm still eager to get two CDs for any installation process in future.
But how? What ist the content of CD and CD2?

P.S. The same effect with my firwire and antivirus software turned off!
