Is there a tutorial available showing how to create a menu using VS10+ ?
I have found one for VS9 but not VS10 and there doesn't seem to be anything in the (VS10) user manual and I have to resort to using VS9 to create menus and author my DVDs as I can't work out how to do this with VS10.
Thanks

Do you mean creating a menu template from scratch, or simply putting together a menu from within the VS10 create menu phase?

Sorry I meant BOTH creating a menu template from scratch and putting together a menu from within the VS10 create menu phase.
I would like to know how to do both.
The interface (for creating a menu) seems very different from that in VS9 and I am having trouble even just putting together a menu using existing templates.

Hi John
You cannot create a menu from scratch, but you can customise as you did with VS 9.
Video Studio 9 only used thumbnail menu¡¦s, whereas 10 has a selection of formats.
The default seems to be Smartscene Menus,
Change this to ¡¥Thumbnail Menu¡¦ and the structure will be similar to VS 9.
Select a template.
Now hit the ¡¥Edit¡¦ tab
You should be able to ¡¥Customise¡¦ the menu in a similar way as VS 9, then save the Menu Template, which will show under ¡¥Favourites¡¦
I realise there are more options using VS 10, but by using ¡¥thumbnails¡¦ may help in understanding the structure.
Hope this Helps
