Ulead Photo Explorer 7.0 SE problem

When I attempt to start the Ulead Photo Explorer 7.0 SE program, I get the following error:

Error signature
AppName: pex.exe AppVer: 3.0.0.0 ModName: mfc42.dll
ModVer: 6.0.8665.0 Offset: 000045bf

I've searched Ulead's site as well as Googled the web, but I can't find a solution to my problem. I'm running Windows XP Home Edition (Service Pack 1).

I'd appreciate any help you can give me. I'm at a loss.

You will need to reinstall it. I think there is something wrong in the package.
