I recently installed the Video@Home2 software that came with the Teac USB TV Tuner. The software loads and runs OK but there is no picture. I just get a screen filled with white noise. I have checked my cable connection and I am getting a video signal.
I am running Windows XP Pro SP2. Has anyone had this problem?
