Splitting lines in Banner Text

Post by km »

Probably another one of those 'bleedin obvious' category questions, but... is it possible to break a line of text into two or more lines within a single frame? When I try to do that, using the enter/return button, it kinda assumes that I've finished with that frame and am ready to proceed.
Advice appreciated - thanks!

Using the enter key should work... it does for me, anyway.

All you should have to do is type in the first line, hit enter, and keep typing. Make sure the cursor is visible and blinking in the text entry area when you hit enter.

Ah! Mystery solved - many thanks! It was because I was always typing in upper case by holding down the Shift Key, which I also held down when I pressed Enter - which is why it wasn't working.
Pressing the Enter key on its own does indeed split the lines of text.
A huge DOHHHHHHHHHH from me. Thanks for that!
