In our tutorials section member Rwernyei provided a tutorial that uses Cool3D PS in the first part, which describes the process to do what you are wanting to do. You can view it here:

I did not assume you were.. The Ulead "logo" that Rwernyei uses is imported into C3DPS. He uses it to create his object, then again as the texture. The final product, the Ulead logo is spinning.

How he does that is what you need to do...

Here's a quick tutorial I done sometime ago, showing a star spinning using couple of different textures.
