Where do I get the promotional code for VS8 rebate?

On the $30 competitive rebate form, it asks for the "promotional code", and says to get this code I need to register my Ulead VS8 online. I did so, but have not gotten any code. How do I get it? Thanks!

they used to send you an email with a code in it to activate when ordering.

I had submitted the rebates for Photoshow 2 in oct, one $20.00 to rebatestatus.com and another $10.00 directly to Torrence, CA (Ulead), still did not hear anything from Ulead. I do not think they intend to pay the rebates.
