I'm a newbie having a big problem. I imported a 40-minute family video from a DVD. I had VideoStudio split it by scene so that I could rearrange the sequence of scenes. No problem. But when I saved the project and reopened it, none of my work was saved. It still shows thumbs of each scene, but when I play the clips or the project, I just get a still image (first image in the original video).
"Save" under the file menu doesn't save the split scenes!? I see "Save Trimmed Video" under clips... was I supposed to do that before saving the whole project? Is there any way to recover all my work withouth starting from scratch?
I apologize if this is covered elsewhere, but I was unable to find it addressed in the forum. I'm trying to complete a family video by this Easter (two days from now) and would greatly appreciate your help.
