I captured video from an analog camcorder and the audio format is LPCM. After saving, I copied the project and movie clip files to a newer PC (via a home LAN). When I open the project on the new PC (using Videostudio 7 SE), I don't get any audio, the properties window shows Audio Format none. However, on the older PC, the properties window audio format shows Audio Format LPCM Audio 48000 HZ stereo.
Any idea why the newer PC which has the same software loaded (Videostudio 7 SE) doesn't understand the audio property?
Thanks,
Tony

Is the audio track a part of the video or is it a separate audio track.
If so have you also copied that separate audio track to the new PC and maintained the same file location structure?
