Problems installing Content Packs for PhotoImpact 12

Good morning

Can anyone please help me.

I have downloaded the free trial of PhotoImpact 12 and I've installed without any problems.

I have downloaded the Content Packs for PhotoImpact 12 but when I try to install the Content Packs it keeps saying

"Cannot find Ulead PhotoIMpact 12 on your system or the installed version is not supported. Please make sure that you have installed a supported Ulead PhotoImpact 12 Version first"

Update and content packs do not work for trial (TBYB) versions, sorry.

Thanks Heinz for the quick reply ... I wish Ulead had said that on the site as its a big download, strange they do say with other downloads that they do not work with the Trial Versions.

But thanks for your help, I thought it was me going nutty.

Well, the web site states this

PhotoImpact Content for Download
Owners of the PhotoImpact 12 full and upgrade download versions can download the following files. If you do not have PhotoImpact 12 installed, you will NOT be able to use these components

It doesn't say that it will work with the TBYB version but says only for owners of the full and upgrade versions

But elsewhere on the site it says ..

So it is a bit misleading.
