MediaStudio Pro 7 Video Paint Error

Post by move_ease »

MediaStudio Pro 7 Video Paint Error:"Video filter initialization faild."
This is the error I get when I launch Video Paint........Figured it out!
Latest Burger Transitions (install package) caused error.
When I unistalled worked fine. Verifeid by uninstall and re-install several times. Better to install Burger Transitions the old way!

Very unlikely!
Installed and deinstalled this stuff severall times with all possible versions of VS and MSP without any issue.
The installer does nothing but to copy the dll's to the vfx_plug folder. Exactly the same action that you do manually.

Hi
Well after reinstalling MSP 7 I got rid of the error message in Video Paint but it took ages to load. Also noticed that the Burger folder was still showing up in MSP even though I had uninstalled FXBench.
Any way track down this excellent thread which has solved the problem everything runs fine now

Seems like it was a corrupt config file
