I have installed the trial version of PI-12 a couple of times now, and each time I get an error message (something to do with the registration of isusweb.dll). The program works, but when it comes to installing the contents I get a message saying that I have the wrong version, and it won't install.
I am quite impressed with the software as an additive to PhotoShop which I have been using for years. There appears be be some functions that can be performed faster using PI, and I would like to give them a go.
Any ideas why I can't install the "Contents".
Thanks
Trouble installing the Trial Version

Did you download the contents for Version 12
http://www.ulead.com/pi/esd.htm
Or inadvertently downloaded the contents for an earlier version?

Here is the exact wording of the error message that I get when I try to install the Contents:
"Cannot find Ulead PhotoImpact12 on your system or the installed version is not supported. Please make sure you have installed a Supported Ulead PhotoImpact 12 version first"
That tells me that I have downloaded the right Contents installer.

I have the trial version, however, this is what is stated on the Ulead website regarding the Contents.
"The remaining program content of the download version of PhotoImpact 12 (Full or Upgrade version) and the trial download can be downloaded below."
It might be that I misread the above statement, and that it can't be downloaded for trial.

Yes it is misleading and I had to read it twice myself.
What makes it more misleading is that the trial version is not available to download on that page.
To understand what they are trying to say you have to look at the equivalent pages for earlier versions where the statement is qualified as follows:

This refers to users who downloaded a Try before You Buy version who then went on to buy it.The below components are only for trial (TBYB - Try Before You Buy) versions of PhotoImpact that have been upgraded.
