Kinda like how you see on the show Cops? Is there a way to do this on VS8?

One way, would be to lay the right size/colour 'Title' on top - Maybe a 'O'.

Or, for the same price as this product, you can buy software that does this correctly (along with not crashing, burning DVD's and having real customer support).
