Sound problem

One peice of important information I neglected to mention in my previous message is that my audio is captured via the microphone socket on my PC, the video is by USB.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Have you contacted AVerMedia for updated drivers?

Is there any capture softwares in the AVerMedia package?
