Menu Missing

Post by MrMax »

As a new User starting with MF5 Trial :

Made some small DVD movies but after burning they all start up playing the DVD but no Menu at the start, there is a menu when I press the menu button.
Is this common or did I forget something?

I marked "Create menu"
Not marked " Use first clip as introductory video"

Next I run pre-render menu

Burning : Create to disk* , Create DVD folders* , Normalize audio*

When I not mark " create DVD folders" same no menu at the start.

What to do I want a menu at the start before I buy MF5 / 6

Please help me out

Max

It seems that you may have selected Play all Clips first before Menu. You need to click the gear-looking icon (lower left) and in the bottom section (Navigation Controls), uncheck that option.

Generally the TBYB (trial versions) have fewer templates. I don't have DMF5 installed so I'm not sure just how many templates it has.

The current version available is DMF6 and DMF6 Plus, and it has I think 44 templates.

Also it is recommended that if you purchase, to not purchase an activation key, but purchase and download a full version, uninstall the TBYB, then install the purchased full version. This is due to problems with any update/patches recognizing the activated TBYB as full versions, and will not install.
