Inserting VideoStudio 10 projects not pssible

I have upgraded to MS8 and installed SP1 so the version I have is now V 8.10.0039.0 which I thought would allow me to insert a project from VS10+, but when I try this the only file type shown is .dvp and the required file type of .vsp does not appear.
Any advise?

It's not possible, because VS10 postdates MSP8. MSP8 will accept only VS9.

Ain't it fine when you answer your own question. Having posted the query I returned to MS8 and instead of using 'insert' tried 'open' and my VS10= project was loaded!!
now to incorporate it with me MS8 project.

For once you are wrong Devil! SP1 for MSP8 adds support for VS10 projects.
