Please help me- filters

i cant find out how to apply/where to find video filters in ulead video studio 10plus.

when i go to attributes it just has a blank box next the filters bit and the customise filters is disabled.

help!

A problem with the filters happens from time to time to some users, but usually Video Filters is not even available to choose from the Gallery list. If this is the same problem you are experiencing you can try reading the following post for a fix. If you have custom libraries for video, titles, etc. you may want to make copies as they will be erased.

okay, but how do you make files not hidden.

If you close Video Studio and delete the uvs.ini file in Documents and Settings\username\applicatian data\ulead systems\10.0 and then re-open video studio, it should resolve your issue.
