I have recently bought a USB 2 High Speed DVD converter which came with copy of Ulead 6 for processing of videos.
Seems to be set up correctly and I can capture still images from the video but cannot capture video. Error shows - cannot creat capture graph....... file is corrupt and will be deleted automatically.
I am not very technically minded. My computer is a Pentium 4 running on XP, and has 30gb hard disk available. I have been through the troubleshooting and read the manual back to back but am not sure what to do now to fix it.
Would appreciate any help available.

Ulead 6
Do you mean DVD MovieFactory 6 which has recently been released or do you mean VideoStudio 6 which is now an old and discontinued product?

Does not capture at all. Screen goes black for about three seconds then comes back with the error message and the video footage still running in the video studio preview pane.heinz-oz wrote:Does it initially capture but fails later on? If yes, I would suspect your system runs out of puff. What is the capture format?
