VS10 Plus Error report when importing from DVD+RW a VOB file

Hi Video Studio 10 friends

I have made a video with my Sony Handycam DV305 to a DVD+RW disk. I copied the Video-TS folder to the hard disk and wanted to import the Video with "Import from DVD/DVD-VR" in "Capture" to Video Studio Plus 10 in order to get the different VOB file chapters. But I got the following error message: Failed to open DVD, Report ID 0x800408ff(2303). What does this failure report mean, does anybody of the forum members know that?
In the EDIT mode I can import the complete video, but not the individual VOB chapters. And of course I can split it into the scenes, but that is not what I want.

When I put the same mini DVD directly from the camera into the DVD drive of the computer then the "Import from DVD/DVD-VR seems to see the VOB files and its chapters, but when I try to click the individual chapters I want to import into VS10, then the VS10 blocks completely and I have to shut down even the computer to be able to open the DVD drive and to remove the DVD.

Is it possible that VS10 Plus can only read the VOB file properly if the video is taken on a DVD-RW disk, or in other words you either have a DVD with the "Video" format, or you use a DVD-RW only when you take the video in the VR format?
Does anybody have any experience with this?

This is the first time I use a DVD+RW disk to take my videos and the reason is very simple: as my computer DVD drive can only write to DVD+RW I wanted to optimally use my mini DVD's. When I took my videos on a DVD-RW in the "video format" then VS10 Plus is able to read and to import the chapters correctly.
