in Vidio Studio 10+, it's relative easy to make a vid compatible for a cell phone, whats the equivalent in msp 8?

For cellphones you need to purchase the 3GPP Plug-in. Go to Ulead's site, MSP8, then on the left look for the Plug-In Link.
