Lost DivX Codec
I installed DivXPro in Oct. I use Ulead Video Studio 8. Initially I could find the codec when I look at Project Properties/AVI file/Compression in the drop down box. In Nov I install DrDivX. Now I can not get the DivX codec to show up in Video Studio. It seems to play and incorperate DivX clips into projects OK. What I really want to do is convert a MPEG2 file into DivX. When I could do this in Video Studio, the dialog boxes had a lot of options which DrDivX does not have. When I use DrDivx it works fine, but not all the options I would like. Does anyone know how I can get access to this codec in Ulead again. Thnak You

Try Start -> Control Panel -> Sounds & Multimedia -> Hardware -> Video Codecs -> Properties -> Properties, and see if the DIVX codec is listed there.
All of the codecs shown should be available when you select "Custom" as the output format during the "Share" stage, select AVI for the format, and change the codec in the "Compression" tab.
