MF+ 6.0 CAPTURE & RECORD PROBLEMS

There are now 3 weeks, I buy MF+ 6.0.
I also have, MF3.0 and VS8.0 which function perfectly.(from my Plextor CD)

My configuration is as follows
PENTIUM 4 3.0Ghz
RAM 1Gig
TV Tunner PLEXTOR TV100U WITH USB 2.0 CABLE

Since I have install MF+6.0, has each time I try to use START CAPTURE to record a TV program the following message appears:
-MovieHunter
-Cannot start the capture graph
-Capture failed
-The created file is corrupt and unusable
-it will be automacally deleted

I dont understand ?
why this message ?
the sound and the video are very well,but it seems impossible to record

I also try to record a VS8.0 project using MF+6.0 using the HQ quality.(13Mn)
after one hour, I stopped the recording
MF3.0 is very much faster
I dont understand why MF+ 6.0 is so slow.

I have try to contact the support, but I think that it have too much work to answer me.
I would appreciate much if you could help me to understand these problems,
I do not think that ULEAD wants to help me, now that they have sold this software.
