Lost animation files

Hi VS friends,

this problem has been reported by myself Feb 2nd and by others on Feb 4 and 7th.
Sofar no solutions??
I have sent several emails to Tech Support, but no reply.

Any suggestions left, except uninstall and install?

How did you lose them? Were they stolen?

Sorry about the punt, no offense intended, but how do you expect anyone, not confronted with your problem, to know what on earth you are talking about? Either a description of your problem or a link to the other posts would have helped greatly.

I agree with Heinz, it would have been helpful for you to post a link to your previous post as a reference. However I did look them up. This One Here?.

Try doing a complete un-install/re-install. Ulead programs leave a lot of files behind. So just doing a simple add/remove programs from the control panel and then re-installing may not correct some issues. Instructions can be found here : Re-installation of Ulead Products

I thought by referring to the dates of reporting the lost animation files problem into this forum, that that reference would be enough.
I did not want to create confusion.
