Thanks for all that info, but it doesn't tell me how to convert the .dwz file to something that will work with my DVD player. Is there a way in MF 4 to convert the slideshow file to something that is more universaly acceptable for most DVD players out there?

You have to bake your cake! in other words you must open MovieFactory and create a video file from it.

In MovieFactory 4 (This varies between different versions of MovieFactory)
After trimming your clips etc
you then select export selected clips

Choose a suitable template from the list that appears or create your own custom settings
(Please view Suggested bit rate settings)

You then import the file created from this into DVD Workshop.

Thanks - I'll give it a try!
