Video - Audio stream problem

Hi,
I am confused why the video and audio on my Disc did not streamlined? (I mean that the sound come first then the video will appear within a moment) What was the cause of the problem?

another question is about the quality of the video. The situation is:

- I've burned my DVD into an image to be located on my HDD.
- I burned the image into my DVD. but the video on the burned DVD
plays with some freezing video (I don't know exactly how to say, but
the video frame freezee sometimes)

how to overcome this?

Okay. I've tried it. but the same result. The synchronization is not streamlined once again.
You know, this issue was engaged by me everythime i burnt a DVD.
Is it coused by my pc perfomance? or the Software itself?
