PI 10 wont run

I am having a problem with PI 10 all of a sudden. I had to re load winXP and all my software because of a crash thanks to norton ghost. I reloaded
PI 10 which I have been using since it first came out with great success.
Now, for some reason it wont open. I Get a brief flash of the flash screen and then nothing. I have reinstalled it but of no help.
Running windows xp 2. 2.24 gigs ram, two seagate 160 gig HD.
PI work fine before I had to re install windows. :cry:
