Fail to delay load FileUtil.dll error

I have the latest updates and receive the following error when attempting to open existing projects. "Fail to delay load FileUtil.dll"
Has anybody had experience with this problem? I did an clean uninstall and reload with updates

No comments or suggestions? I have received very little help fromn tech support aside from "do a clean uninstall, reload, update with latest patches.

Anybody?

With what program are you getting this? We can guess that it might be one of the DVDMF versions, since you posted in this forum, but that is just that guessing. Then if it is a DVDMF product, what version? There are some major differences in the versions, especially the last 3 versions (DMF4-DMF6).

Although due to the lack of customer support from the company I was unable to resolve this problem.
I purchased another software "Roxio Easy Media Creator 9" and it works perfectly out of the box. Bye everybody
