I have finally finished my project, but now I cant burn it to DVD. I am using DVD Movie Factory 4.0. I have emailed tech support a few weeks ago but I havent heard back. When I go to burn the project to DVD I get the error message;
'Convert step got some problems!'
and then when I click 'OK' I get the next message;
'ID: 0x800411da(4570'
This is really annoying because I have finished this project once before and then the file was corrupt so I had to start again. This time I saved my progress as different file names as I went along so that I could revert back to the last one if something happened. But now I can't burn it to DVD. I can watch it fine on the program, but just cant burn it. PLEASE HELP!!!
Thankyou

What format are your video files and where did they come from? It sounds like corrupt files again...
The more compressed file-formats sem to be more prone to what I call "sneaky corruption".... The file will play OK, but cause trouble when you try to edit or convert it.
If your files are MPEG-2, there are a couple of programs with MPEG repair tools: VideoReDo and Womble. Both offer 30-day free trials. Or, you might be able to prevent the corruption by using one fo these programs for editing. (That's how I solved all of my weird MPEG problems.)

I have made slideshows which consist of pictures and have background music. The picture files are .jpg files and the music files are .mp3 or .wav files.
I have also included videos which are .AVI files.
The project has a menu as with background music (.mp3 file) and background picture (.jpg file).
Hope that helps??? If you need to know anything else just let me know...
Thanks
