Installing WinDVD Plat8 in Vista Business

I downloaded and paid for WinDVD 8 Platinum and cannot get it to install on a new machine with Vista Business. I get Error 1721 and Error 1603. Any help would be most appreciated.

I had Vista Business for a month, and WinDVD 8 worked fine for me. Thankfully I got Vista Free from my University (since I removed it).

Went back to XP Pro do to driver problems.

Try to click right on setup.exe and choose "run as administrator".
