DVD Drive Information incorrect

Hi,
I have those 2 drives installed.
When I look at them using the "Get Drive Information" button in DVD Movie Factory 6 Plus Launcher, the drives are well identified but the "Write Capabilities" are wrong.
Indeed I can only use Ulead Product within the showed capabilities, but I can do more with other program.

As an exemple, Ulead Disc Copy won't copy on my HP DVD Writer 300C drive, while I can easily format and write on it with Roxio.

Any clue on how this can be fixed?

You might find that it is the ROXIO product which highjacks the drive, not allowing other programs access to it. That is a well known fact with any "packet writing" software.
