When there have been no changes to the original files. DVD Moviefactory Version 4.2 included with MediaStudio Pro 8.

This seems to have started sometime recently; I can open the most recently created ".dwz" files, but nothing older than about a month ago. All of my created works before that time seem to give the same error message, so I cannot open them again for further burns without re-entering all the chapters etc.

I carefully checked the date/time stamps on the original .mpg files, and they are still listed with earlier times than the .dwz, indicating that there has been no editing. I also have not moved the files around.

Is anyone else having this problem?

Maybe something to do with WINXP Daylight savings time updates?

I have doen no particular patches to DVDMF, since I'm not quite certain which patches may apply. MSP 8 is fully up to date.

Search for "daylight" in this forum, this bug was already discussed.

Going into the past is a workaround for the bug in the affected versions.
I can't believe there is no fix mentioned in the downloads.

I'm pretty sure this has been fixed in 5.x and above, because I have 5+ and have not had this problem.
