creating submenus
OK...I got figured out how to create main menus, but now I'm stuck on how make a submenu (chapters within a chapter...) Suggestions?

What version are you using? In VS10 check the MANUAL, starting on page# 120. It describes adding Menus and Submenus (chapters).
