importing parse DVD content Ulead 10

I am having trouble importing a dvd that I create from a dvd recorder separate from the computer. When i go to import dvd folders it starts the parse dvd content and stops at 63% everytime? when I import a dvd that I created with Ulead it has no problems. Any thoughts? I have found that Ulead 8 will allow this with no difficulties but I was hoping to avoid having to purchase and run both programs.

I haven't experienced the problem you describe myself, but if you read
this thread, another user who was having the same problem overcame it by importing each .vob file individually rather than importing as a complete DVD.

If that doesn't work, somebody else in the same thread provides a link to a program called FixVTS. According to the poster, this will also fix problems with importing from DVDs. Since I've not had cause to use it I can't comment any further though.

Another program you can try is VOB 2 MPG (Free!!!)
