importing parse DVD content Ulead 10

Post by fishguy »

I am having trouble importing a dvd that I create from a dvd recorder separate from the computer. When i go to import dvd folders it starts the parse dvd content and stops at 63% everytime? when I import a dvd that I created with Ulead it has no problems. Any thoughts? I have found that Ulead 8 will allow this with no difficulties but I was hoping to avoid having to purchase and run both programs.

I haven't experienced the problem you describe myself, but if you read
this thread
, another user who was having the same problem overcame it by importing each .vob file individually rather than importing as a complete DVD.

If that doesn't work, somebody else in the same thread provides a link to a program called FixVTS. According to the poster, this will also fix problems with importing from DVDs. Since I've not had cause to use it I can't comment any further though.

peace.

The problem may or may not be the same as the one I had.
I have posted a fix here:
