Problem with widescreen

Hi
I have made from the same project 2 DVD files with VideoStudio10+,one as wide screen (19:9) format and the other as normal (4:3) format. When I take this file to make a DVD of the 4:3 format with MovieFactory 6 the results are excellent but when I make a DVD of the wide screen format the results are very bad. The DVD stops sometimes and other times you get freezes. Any ideas why?
