step to make a vcd

hi,im harry...would anybody help me?.....im havin problems wid the format n capturing type for high quality video production...im usin uvs 9...i am confused that of kind....which most editors use video format?dv or mpeg n what the results?

VCD is not high quality video.
I would read through the tutorials to help you with your questions.
