Im using DVD Movie Factory 2 SE.
When i capture an image it doesnt keep the right aspect ratio. The image it produces is squashed and no longer widescreen. All Streched.
Is this a limitation with my version of MovieFactory or is there a setting that i can adjust to keep the aspect ratio in the captured image?

I'm not sure, but I will do some test in DVDMF 4 on this issue later.
Will let you know the result.

Yes, I have tested it. In DVDMF it only can capture images in 4:3, not widescreen.
You might need to use DVD WorkShop or some video editor like VideoStudio to do the job.
